That bamboo whisk is the real star here, it froths way better than the metal one I used before. Both matcha flavors taste fresh and grassy, not bitter at all. Been drinking it every morning since it arrived.
The bamboo whisk alone is worth it—way fluffier foam than the metal one I used before. Both flavors taste genuinely fresh, not chalky like some I've tried, and I've already gone through half a tin in two weeks.
I've been drinking the plain flavor every morning and it whisks up smooth with zero clumps, no sifting needed. The handmade bamboo whisk feels sturdy and hasn't shed a single tine after a few weeks of daily use.
