Sophia B. ★★★★★

The raspberry leaf blend is surprisingly smooth, not bitter like other herbal teas I've tried. I started drinking a cup every evening during my period and the cramps felt way less intense by day two. It's become a staple in my pantry.

Sebastian ★★★★★

I was skeptical about a tea actually helping with cramps, but the raspberry leaf blend genuinely takes the edge off by mid-afternoon. Steeping it about five minutes gives a smooth, slightly sweet cup that I now look forward to.

Madison ★★★★★

The raspberry flavor is mild and not too sweet, which I love for those crampy days. This tea genuinely helps me relax and feels like a warm hug when I need it most.
