شاي كريم إيرل غراي العضوي

The bergamot still comes through bright and citrusy, but that creamy finish makes it feel like a treat instead of my usual plain Earl Grey. I've been drinking it without any milk because I don't want to cover up that smooth vanilla-ish note at the end. Genuinely the nicest cup I've had in months.

I was worried the cream would drown out the bergamot, but it's still that same bright citrus burst, just softened. Steeping it for about four minutes gives a cup that's smooth enough to drink without any milk.

The bergamot oil still comes through bright and citrusy, which is what I want from an Earl Grey. The cream note softens it just enough that I can drink it without any milk or sugar.
